HISTORY:  When Realty Executives was founded in 1965, it made history as the first real estate company structured for independent contractors. By 1972, in the Valley, Realty Executive agents were the largest, in volume, of all independent real estate firms. By 1983, Realty Executives’ sale volume surpassed even the combined totals of the Valley’s national franchise firms.

THE PROOF:  Some years ago, an extensive survey was done of the leading real estate companies in the Valley. The number of licensed real estate agents assigned to each office was compared to the gross volume of real estate sales as shown by the Multiple Listing Service. The individuals at Realty Executives consistently averaged more in sales volume than any other company by nearly 4 to 1.That information is updated annually and the facts remain the same!
