   1. Deliver pre-listing package.

   2. Prepare complete market analysis based on MLS and Tax records.

   3. Goal setting interview – reviewing motivation and time frame.

   4. Make a complete inspection of the property and measure rooms .

   5. Suggest repairs, with emphasis on amenities.

   6. Discuss market analysis and determine pricing strategy.

   7. Complete a estimated cost sheet for you.

   8. Complete paperwork and provide you with a listing packet.

   9. Re-tour the property making suggestions on “staging”.

   10. Educate you on showing appointments.

   11. Enter listing information into the computer along with several photos.

   12. Order sign, install a lock-box, and obtain an extra key.

   13. Post listing to web-sites, enhance the ads and explain pictures.

   14. Send out a mass email to notify top producing Realtors of your property.

   15. Order 1,000 professional flyers for distribution to area Realtors.

   16. Network with other Realtors at weekly MLS meetings.

   17. Pass out flyers to agents in our office and tout at the office meetings.

   18. Call Top Producers and agents that work the neighborhood.

   19. Follow up on all showings.
